TO THE RESIDENTS OF VAGEDES AVENUE

Most of you have received a letter from Mr. Johannes J. Hoevertsz, County of Fresno Department of Public Works, and Manager Maintenance of Operations.
It is unfortunate that our County Supervisor, Susan B. Anderson, has not responded to our letter of June 13, 2006, as of this date. We most likely would never have received a response if we hadn’t enlisted the services of a known individual who hand delivered our letter, with signatures and photos to Supervisor Anderson’s office. We are aware that Supervisor Anderson has had some surgery and on going medical treatment. We wish a speedy recovery and continued best of health, but there is no excuse why we haven’t heard from her or her staff, for which we pay wages and fringe benefits.
Joe Kosko, our neighbor, and a Cal Trans Engineer, is disputing certain facts of Mr. Hoevertsz’s letter. A copy of the response is attached. Please be assured this is not over as we will pursue our grievance.
